Force and Pressure – Management of stress – 1
Tanuja had made the presentation of today’s important meeting in advance. So she didn’t have to rush on time. Very calmly and without tension A great meeting was held. On the contrary, it happened to Manoj – Karu Karu says he kept all the important work the same. When the boss asked for a report, he was told, oh boy!
what now? It happened. Then of course he started to feel the stress.
We have to face force and pressure in our daily life at home/work place. I don’t want to stress,
Ja baba you..is this going to solve your problem?
Definitely not, we have to do some things to overcome it, let’s see what they are:
1. Accept what is, then you can make a way out of it. For example – I have 2 days to complete my work, then I should probably finish it in 1 to 1.5 days.
Decide and do what is necessary. Your time management will come in handy here.
2. We cannot control what is not in our hands. For example – if the banks are closed, then you won’t be able to do anything.
3. If you call your work a burden, don’t you feel like a burden? If you take interest in it and do it for your own satisfaction? As a job/duty
What if we enjoy the process/the overall journey of work without looking?
4. There is stress, but rather than that, look at the opportunities you have. We can learn new skills from it, ours
Can increase the capacity. Oh, I like it very well, I took the strain of Ugi. It can also happen.
Black clerks used to do all the work by hand, it was time consuming, but they were reluctant to learn computers. Even if they say no, the stress of new technology It was thought. But after working on it once and gradually learning, the stress of work also reduced.
5. How we react to something is important. Negative reactions stress us more than if we find solutions by being positive
So much the better. You can choose how you respond, right? Oh bapre ki achcha, ok. Change perspective, it will surely help.
6. Do the important and urgent work first if possible. Prioritize one task at a time. No multi-tasking everywhere. Doing ten things
And not even one is complete.
7. Complete the tasks that you have to do. Do not save work. Don’t do it later, do it now and then move on to other tasks.
8. Remember that the inability of your mind, emotions, and body stress you out. Not because of work pressure but rather because of what we often call nature or something else
Say, mental energy is spent where it is not needed. Where the body allows the mind to be there, it will definitely benefit.
9. Work practice, good habits, keeping yourself updated and knowledge/study in your subject will always be helpful to reduce your stress, sure!
10. Adoption of Right Attitude helps us to find the way. Even a seemingly small thing can make a difference with the right attitude.
Our positive attitude gives us energy to do our work well, we are happy when the work is done well..
If you are happy then where will the stress come from?
11. If you work calmly and with more concentration, you will definitely not feel stressed. Patience, taking responsibility, staying calm, being focused It is important for us to cope with stress.
A cool attitude, proper time management, bye-bye laziness / force and pressure will help you reduce stress.
Definitely helps, but for that first Just Relax
