Pankaja was going back and forth checking her to-do list for the day. Although it was three o’clock in the morning, not a single task had been completed properly. Boss calls within 10-10 minutes; reports are not yet mine; are you mailing right? I want to send them to superior. Actually she was going to do it yesterday evening before going home, but actually her boss gave her another important and urgent work. . Then this remained aside. Actually, we all experience this situation with a little difference.
Deadlines, reports, and targets (Targets) due to all this work pressure, but we want to face the ability to work under pressure. Then to be overwhelmed by this pressure, to take its pressure, to make mistakes in work, to mess up, to delay, to give one more chance to the other person to read your mistakes (Ghya says yes) or to find some answers or solutions for this?? What happens in all of this is that we get angry with ourselves, we get irritated, or we feel uncomfortable, which means we feel more negativity. The ability to work under pressure makes us feel like we don’t want to work.

How can we deal with this?

1. We tried to stay calm. The work can be spoiled by being in a hurry.
2. Do not overreact or overthink.
3. Keep your target focused on work.
4. Keep your attitude positive. It will be okay, I would tell myself.
5. If you need help, ask for it; there is nothing wrong with that.
6. Deadlines should be realistic. What is not possible should be clearly stated.
7. If you need any support from your colleagues/seniors, definitely tell them.
8. Manage your time (time management).
9. Make/have a plan and work on it. No use if not implemented.
10. You try to work on time and properly on your side.
11. Do not forget that work pressure can also bring good results.
12. It is important to have a proper schedule of time and work.
13. Don’t feel burdened by the work.

14. Be prepared; keep your reports, files, and folders all updated and organized.
15. Maintain a good working relationship with your colleagues or seniors.
16. Do not keep work pending for no reason. Let’s see, then it won’t work at all.
17. Give the work that you can give to others. Decentralization is very important.
18. If the work is stored, it will become a mountain of work, then it will be beneficial if possible to divide the work and separate the hands.
19. Remember that your life and your work are two different things.
20. Don’t do one job at a time; take a break, get fresh, and finish the job with renewed vigor.
Also see if there is really work pressure or if this pressure is created just to get the work done quickly. Many people are used to working comfortably without thinking about time. They have nothing to do with efficiency or productivity. To get work from such people, they have to impose work/time constraints. If we enjoy work, we will never feel the pressure of work, that’s for sure!
