Do you want to follow money/success or decide what your priority is? Stress – Stress will not bring us mental satisfaction/happiness and we will always be frustrated/tired/irritated rather than happy, won’t we?
In the rush of life, the competition in life, stress becomes a part of our life. On the work front, if you have planned many things properly, disciplined yourself, managed time, then you have won half the battle. Now we want to see what else we have done so that we can overcome stress better?

It is said that the mind is good and everything is good! That means we have to take care of our mind along with other things, to protect is not to protect but to see how it can be made as strong as possible.
When we protect ourselves, we recover in a way, don’t we? It is only possible if we are strong minded to act/decide/react with awareness of the situation without causing stress. Try to listen to what your body is telling you, whether it is tired or not? How is your diet? ? Is your lifestyle right? How is your relationship?
Let’s see what are these things that will help us deal with stress.

1. the mind
Mental health should be maintained, for that you can do meditation, pranayama and other yogas are also very important. “Do fit and stay healthy”.
Break is necessary to refresh.
Cherish your interests, make time for hobbies (gardening, music).
Smile, relax.
Clean up. (Repeatedly the mind is also unknowingly restrained – that is, unwanted thoughts gradually disappear.)
Good thoughts, good deeds, uplifting books, supportive friends accompany them.
2. the body
Exercise with expert advice.
Do any other activity every day eg walking/running/cycling.
If there is an outdoor game, play it.
Avoid lifts and use stairs.
3. diet
Your daily food should be fresh from home. It is better if there is a salad in the meal.
Avoid outside/oily food as much as possible.
A light snack in between is definitely good.
Do not drink too much tea / coffee. Green tea is beneficial for health.
Fruits and other important vitamins can be part of the diet. No junk food.
Drinking 10 to 12 glasses of water a day will be beneficial.
4. Life Style
Stay away from addictions.
Don’t forget that sleep and rest are important. 6-7 hours of continuous sleep is essential.
We should avoid false/unrealistic expectations and rat race.
Follow your eating, waking/sleeping times.
If thoughts have a spiritual meeting, many things become easier.
Do what makes you feel good (Feel good factor).
5. Relationship
Personal/Professional Relationships – Maintain relationships.
Don’t take anyone for granted.
Make time for yourself (being alone and loneliness are two different things)
Self-dialogue, contemplation is necessary at least 10 minutes a day.
Put aside your usual complaining nature. Go beyond insecurity, fear, inferiority complex, feeling of guilt, jealousy, arrogance, anger, hatred and start giving importance to some other positive things i.e. loyalty, smile, confidence, gratitude, understanding, hope in your life. Remember that nature is your best stress reliever. If we want progress, we can get it by force of will, putting aside the life-threatening competition, disappear by stress, but for that, take it easy!!
