Later photographs showed that only its wreckage remained. Police and local councillors have urged people to return home.

In the UK, there is child care for the welfare of children. If the agency feels that the child’s safety is at risk or is not being properly cared for, it can take them into its custody.

According to the UK government’s website, care is ordered by the court to a council. The council can apply for child care under the Children Act of 1989. This order is valid until the child’s 18th birthday.
