Inferiority Complex Treatment
Amrita was always lagging behind in office work and initiative. She always felt that her co-worker Kalika always did not let her go ahead in work. Everyone took her side. She always gets all the credit for the work. I don’t have smartness like her. All this was her feeling, she used to decide on her own. The only reason for this is that she always felt that she was falling short of herself. We have a constant feeling that something is less in us, which we can call inferiority complex treatment. Such persons often tend to make up their own minds and blame themselves accordingly.
As a child, you will not be able to do it, let it be. A negative self-image is created by a person without realizing it. Some people keep comparing their appearance, behavior, speech, language, personality, height, color, body language to others. Sometimes they always measure themselves against the usual parameters/dimensions or we can call some social measurements. Some people have their own inferiority complex about their living conditions, income, social position, education, where they come from, their community, overall background. Rather than finishing the work, it is desirable to leave it in the middle. These people face constant anxiety and depression. They often have difficulty making their own choices. (inferiority complex treatment)
We must overcome inferiority complex by:
Don’t label yourself. Don’t underestimate yourself. love yourself
Respect yourself, you know your worth and worth. You are priceless
Remove insecurity from the mind.
Every person is different, so why compare??
Don’t take everything to heart. Don’t constantly criticize yourself.
Create your image as a confident person.
Negligence will always pull you back, get out of it in time.
Let self talk be positive.
Be with people who encourage you.
Make sure to change where you want to improve yourself.
Prepare yourself to learn. It needs to be tried.
We are known by our work and achievements.
Believe in yourself, don’t give up. Your thoughts make you.
Don’t blame yourself. Work on yourself, understand yourself.
First you accept yourself, then others will accept you. It is important to accept yourself as you are.
Keep doubts and doubts away.
Know your strengths and work on them.
See the reasons for which inferiority complex treatment has been created in our mind. Then find solutions for it. Get rid of the notion that if you do / say something, you will be laughed at. Remember that if you believe in yourself, it doesn’t matter what anyone says. Take responsibility for your work. Find yourself anew. No one is perfect, it is important how we can give the best! Once you tell yourself that I am the best, start working on it. Our growth and development is in our own hands. Don’t create barriers of thoughts but find a way forward. Overcome adversity with your determination, dedication and discipline.
