In the ‘Gladiator 2’ teaser, directed by Ridley Scott, Paul Mescal makes his gladiatorial return to Rome. The ensemble cast of the movie includes Pedro Pascal and Denzel Washington.
However, several internet commenters criticised the trailer’s soundtrack choice.

A new chapter of Roman drama and conflict is revealed in the official teaser for the much anticipated “Gladiator 2,” starring Ridley Scott.
On the official Paramount Picture YouTube channel, the trailer was made available. November 22 is when the movie is supposed to be released. Paul Mescal plays the main character, an adult Lucius who is the nephew of Commodus (played by Joaquin Phoenix in the original movie) and the son of Lucilla (Connie Nielsen).
In terms of audience response, fans have responded in several ways to the Gladiator sequel trailer. Some have criticised the film, pointing out that Jay-Z’s lyrics in particular, and believe that the first Gladiator didn’t require a sequel.
Another person stated, “This looks like it’s made for people who haven’t even watched the original rather than actual fans of the original.”

The caravan was off to a great beginning. Drama and tenseness. Outstanding effort. That song at the end was worse than an upset stomach after eating bad oysters. Kindly make the necessary adjustments immediately.
